Chapter 5
The TAO does not take sides -- it gives birth to both good and evil. The TAOist does not take sides, welcoming all without distinctions. As breath of the void the TAO is like a bellows: it is empty yet infinitely full. The more you use it, the more it produces. The more you give up, the more it takes. The more you talk of it, the less you seem to understand. There is no explaining it--exhaustion comes first. It is better to abide in the center.
