Spectrum also can maintain your site at very affordable rates ($25/hour, $20/hour non-profits) .  Spectrum records maintenance time in increments of 5 minutes as most updates take only a few minutes to apply. 

Spectrum's current websites range from the fairly complex OVEC site to simple artisan websites. Initial design costs range from as low as $200 for sites such as the MSERF or Appallight sites

More complex sites such as OVEC or database driven sites like Lone Willow Farm Perennials are billed per hour.
