| Don controlled the match to take the first set and go up 5-2 in the second. On his first match point (serving at 5-3) Don made the mistake of playing a ball that was a little long after John made a jaw dropping get. Don gave up another match point overhitting a put away, and next thing you know John had won the second set and was swinging free. John easily won the third set by overpowering Don (apparently his racket helps aim the bal, according to the literature..). |
